Description
Aged prime rump steak; aged for more than 28 days and super tender. All our beef is grass fed and has an amazing flavour. Breeds such as Dexter, long horn, Hereford & British whites are used by our farmers.
TOP TIP: Careful not to over cook your rump steak; when you think it is almost done bring it out and rest for 2 minutes. Keep covered with foil.
