TOP TIP: Making your own sausage rolls is easy just buy some puff pastry; roll into a long oblong about 8 inch wide and not too thin. Put the sausage meat in the middle in a sausage shape. Egg wash one side and roll over and press with a fork to seal the edge and cut to size. Don’t forget to egg wash before cooking and pierce with knife to make air holes.
