Sustainable Farming

We call our meats ‘Draw-down Meats’! In other words they draw down more carbon into the land than they produce and therefore the meat is a negative carbon product.

By allowing the land to re-wild our farmers have moved from mono-crops to multi species production ensuring there is always a cover on the land. The use of natural fertilisers is essential along with natural ways of fighting nature’s pests.

Animals are allowed to roam freely without separation between species as the forage and become wild themselves and are fed naturally all year round.

We are committed to producing the finest foods and encouraging farmers to regenerate their land which is great for the animals, plants, insects and microbes and of course the planet.
